Welcome to the first ever website to incorporate ethics into your career planning

The term “Career Ethics” was coined by Rosemary Sainty in response to a growing demand by clients to incorporate ethics into their career decisions – in choice of employer, seeking a career matching personal values or the desire to make work more meaningful. She sees this as a perfect complement to the growing driver of CSR in attracting talented employees.
